About Us

Our journey began when Helli Lasch founded the Lasch Company. Initially, we manufactured a diverse range of equipment. Still, it was our commitment to quality that led us to create the iconic electric overhead traveling crane and hoist, which gained fame and recognition in the industry. In 1986, Charles Charl Stanz took a pivotal step by acquiring the rights to manufacture all hoist spare parts for Lasch. Three years later, we secured sole rights to manufacture the H- and C-Hoist. Now, as Stanz Engineering (Pty) Ltd, we continue to be the trusted manufacturer of Lasch hoist spares.
